Moffett is one of the largest neighborhoods in Huntington Beach (click this link to view a map). Otherwise known as the Landmark/Pacific Sands tract, Moffett is made up of 681 homes, in the boundaries of Adams (north), Indianapolis (south), Magnolia (east) and Newland (west) Boulevards in south Huntington Beach.
The first phase of the tract, the Pacific Sands portion, was built in 1965. It consisted (and still does) of nine streets: Adams Avenue, Crown Reef, Imperial Cove and Viscount Lanes, and Treasure, Page, Princess, Knights & Squires Circles. There were 4 original models that varied slightly (click on model to view floorplans).
Model A - 1 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath
Model B - 1 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath
Model C - 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath
Model D - 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3 bath
The second phase of the tract, the Landmark portion was built in 1975. It consists of 41 streets, and 8 varying models (click on Model to view floorplans).
Model A - 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 car garage
Model B - 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage
Model C - 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage
Model D - 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage
Model E - 1 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage
Model F - 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage
Model G - 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage
Model H - 1 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage
Approximately 60 out of the 681 homes, or 9% are currently occupied as rentals.

Moffett Elementary School is located in the middle of the tract, and boasts very high scores on their Star testing. They are aiming to become a California Distinguished School.
