The Summerfield neighborhood is a lovely, smaller tract situated just east of Beach Boulevard and South of Adams Avenue. With its own park in the center (Drew Park), it boasts 3 to 4 bedroom single family residences, and is close to downtown, the beach, and Newland Center.
